For restaurants that deliver
Every order, on the record.
Your team snaps a photo of each delivery order before it leaves. When DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub says something was missing, you have timestamped proof of what went out the door.
30 days free · No card needed
How it works
Ten seconds per order.
-
Snap
Employees open the app (the camera is already on), snap as many photos of the order as they need, and tap the delivery app it's for.
-
Send
Photos upload right away, and BagWit stamps each one with the exact date and time. Nobody can change it afterwards, not even you.
-
Prove it
A customer says the fries were missing? Search the order, save the photo, and attach it to your dispute.
Built for the counter
Simple for your team. Solid for disputes.
No employee accounts
Staff enter your restaurant's 6-character code once. No emails, no passwords, no training.
Timestamps you can trust
BagWit records when each photo was taken and who took it. Those details are locked, so the phone's clock or a quick edit can't change them.
Cleans up after itself
Photos auto-delete after 14 days (you can choose up to 30). Put any order on hold to keep it while a dispute is open.
Organized by order
Every send becomes one order with its name or order number, platform and time. Search, filter, save or share in a tap.
Multiple locations
Switch between locations from one owner login. Each location has its own team, code and photos.
iPhone and Android
Works on the phones your team already has. Ultra-wide lens supported for big orders.
Pricing
One price per location. No contracts.

Questions
Good to know
Do my employees need to pay or make an account?
No. Employees download the free app and enter your restaurant code. Only the owner has an account.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, viewing and exporting photos pauses, and new employees can't join. Employees who already joined can keep taking photos, so nothing is lost while you decide.
Does a second location get a free trial too?
The trial covers your first location. Each additional location is $59/month from the start.
How long are photos kept?
14 days by default, since most delivery apps only accept disputes for a short window. You can choose anywhere from 7 to 30 days, and orders on hold are kept until you release them.
Does it guarantee I win disputes?
No one can promise that, since each delivery app decides its own disputes. BagWit gives you clear, timestamped evidence to submit with yours.
