Employees

• Joining: install BagWit, tap “I work here”, and enter the 6-character code from your manager.
• “Subscription isn't active”: the restaurant's subscription needs to be turned on before new employees can join. Ask the owner.
• A photo didn't send: it stays in the tray with a “!”. Check Wi-Fi and tap Send again.

Owners

• Subscribe, change card, or cancel: log in to your account page and use Subscribe or Manage billing for that location.
• Several locations: tap the restaurant name at the top of the Orders screen to switch, add, or edit locations.
• Keep photos longer: turn on “hold” for an order, or change auto-delete in Settings (7–30 days).
• Someone left: remove them under Settings → Team, and make a new employee code if needed.
• Delete your account or data: see Delete your account.
